1. How to export files from PC to iPhone?

The simplest way is to use iPhone USB cable and iTunes. Please make sure iTunes version

you installed is above 9.2. If your version is older one, please go visit apple web site to

get upgraded in advance.

Connect your iPhone to PC via USB cable. Then you will see the homepage, please click

the “Library” button at the upper-right corner. You will see name of your iPhone at the

upper-right corner.

Click the Apps page (refer to red mark 1 as below) and scroll down to find the “File

Sharing” (refer to red mark 2 as below) and then you can find the OrganiDoc in the

Apps list (refer to red mark 3 as below). After clicking the OrganiDoc in the list, the

document area at right hand side will be OrganiDoc file sharing. Select “Add” button in

Document area. (refer to red mark 4 as below) All selected files will be transferred to

iPhone. Or you can easily drag-and-drop the files you want to transfer to Document area.

The files you select will be uploaded to your iPhone automatically, no need to click Sync.

Open OrganiDoc on your iPhone.

Please tap “My iPhone” in OrganiDoc.

OrganiDoc automatically categorizes files according to their types. The number mark on

the tab-bar would show the number of files you just uploaded.

You can find those files in [My doc], [My photo], and [My video]. They will be marked by

unread blue blobs. Documents and videos will be marked on the right side, and photos

will be marked on the left-upper corner.

2. How to upload files from iPhone to PC?

Have the files ready on iPhone, click on the icon on bottom left, then select “export to

iTunes”.

The files will appear at the iTunes browser. Simply drag and drop the files onto

computer desktop and other destinations.

3. How to save attachments from mailbox to OrganiDoc?

First, open up the mail on iPhone.

There are two ways to save mail attachments to OrganiDoc.

1. Press on the mail attachment for about 3 seconds, “Open with OrganiDoc” will

appear.

2. After accessing the mail attachment, select “open with OrganiDoc” on top right

corner.

Both methods lead to “Copy File to”, simply select a destination folder.

4. How to set up Cloud account to OrganiDoc?

Before using “Cloud Storage”, please make sure you have successfully obtained an

account for Google Drive or Dropbox. If not, go to the official websites to apply for an

account:

OrganiDoc also supports the following cloud storage. You can obtain an account from

these websites:

SkyDrive: https://skydrive.live.com/

Box.net: http://www.box.net/

SugarSync: https://www.sugarsync.com/login

ASUS WebStorage: https://www.asuswebstorage.com/navigate/reg

Soonr: http://www.soonr.com/

In the main screen of OrganiDoc, tap on “Cloud Storage” and you will find several

Cloud Storages included Google Drive、Dropbox、SkyDrive、WebDav Server、Box.net、

SugarSync、Asus webstorage and Soonr. Click the “+Cloud “button in the lower right

corner to increase a new cloud account.

If you want to delete the Cloud account, click the “+Cloud “button, click the “-”and

“delete” button. OrganiDoc supports multi-cloud account and code protection for

cloud account.

You can set up your pass code in the setting area.

5. How to download files from Clound Storage to OrganiDoc?

In the main screen of OrganiDoc, tap on “Cloud Storage”. Choose the cloud account

and the file you want to download, tap the file and it will start to read. After reading the

file you will see an arrow at the right side. Open the file you want to download and click

on the icon in the lower left corner and click “Download to My iPhone”.

If any files from Cloud Storage be updated, you will see a small blue blob at the right side

of the file. Click the file and it should be completely updated after reading it.

6. How to sync folders on Dropbox, Google Drive to My iPhone?

You can manage specific sync folders on cloud storages just in “My iPhone”. You can

even open the updated files from “My iPhone” without internet connection.

In the main screen of OrganiDoc , tap on “Cloud Storage”. Tap the ”Sync” in the

upper right corner and choose the folder you want to sync. Tap the ”Sync” in the upper

left corner and start to sync. Go to “My iPhone” and then you can find the sync folder.

If you want to cancel the sync, tap the “UnSync” in the upper right corner in “My

iPhone”” and choose the folder you want to cancel. Tap the “UnSync” in the upper

left corner and the folder will not be synced anymore. Meanwhile, you can also choose if

you want to delete this folder from “My iPhone””.

After setting the sync folder, you can also move the files from you “My iPhone” to

the sync folder. Tap the “Edit”in the upper right corner and choose the file you

want to put in to sync folder. Tap the “Move” at the bottom and choose the cloud

storage you want to move to. After finishing those steps, the file will be synced to

the cloud storage when the next sync.

You can check the sync status of sync files by different marks. Green check means

the file/folder is well synced, blue arrow means the file/folder is syncing, orange

exclamation mark reminds you the file/folder is out-of-sync. Tap the “Sync”

button in the lower right corner of the main screen and the sync process will start.

7. How to export files from OrganiDoc to Cloud Storage and Mailbox?

There are two ways to send out / upload files from OrganiDoc.

Method 1:

At “iPhone Drive” or “Protected File”, select the files to be uploaded, click on the

icon of lower left, the following would appear.

Choose one of the options.

When uploading to Google Docs or Dropbox, the files will automatically upload, like the

screen below

When choosing email, just like standard email format, simply sent the files to the desire

accounts.

Method 2:

At the menu of“my files”or “protected zone”, click on the icon on top right, the

following would appear

Choose the files to be uploaded, select “Share”, then click on one of the options.

The rests are as the steps of Method 1.

8. How to use iCloud?

Since Apple released iOS5 and iCloud services, OrganiDoc have used this function to

backup all files in OrganiDoc to iCloud at any time, and users also can sync files to

OrganiDoc HD for iPad.

The most advantage of iCloud is that even users delete OrganiDoc accidentally, their files

which were stored to iCloud still exist, and those files will appear after users reboot

OrganiDoc. It could prevent users to lose their important files.

Before proceeding, please go to iPhone “Settings” and make sure your firmware is

iOS5 or above, and you have an iCloud account (Apple ID). If you want to sync to

OrganiDoc HD on iPad, make sure you have the same iCloud account setup in your iPad.

After input your iCloud account (Apple ID), please turn on “iCloud Drive”

( or“Documents & Data”in old iOS) and then the iCloud setting is done.

First, open “DOC” in “My iPhone”, and click “export” on the right side.

After choosing files you want to sync, click iCloud sync button on the top.

As the files are syncing, you will see the iCloud icon with dotted line on the right side in

the file list. When you see the iCloud icon with solid line, it means those files have been

already stored to iCloud and synced to OrganiDoc HD for iPad.

Now open OrganiDoc HD in your iPad, you will see the synced files.

9. How to use “My iPhone”?

OrganiDoc categorizes files into “DOC、PHOTO、VIDEO.” Select the icons on the

bottom to browse files in different categories.

Add New Folders:

At “My iPhone”, select the icon on top right, the following would appear:

Click on the icon on top left, at the “new file folder” page, select “Done” on top right,

a new folder is successfully created.

Copy pictures to OrganicDoc:

At the “PHOTO” folder of“My photo ”, choose another destination folder. Click on

the camera icon on top right, then select “choose photos”

Start selecting the photos one by one.

After photo selection, the chosen photos are successfully copied to the selected folder.

10. How to use “Protected File”?

Password:

At Menu, click on the icon on bottom left, the setup page would appear:

Select “Change Passcode” of “Protected File” to proceed password setup.

Protected Files:

Open files at“My iPhone”, select the lock icon on top right.

Choose “Protect this file”, the file is now moved to the “Potected File.”

If you want protect a batch of files, select the folder, click on the icon on top right

Select the files to be protected, then press “Protected” on bottom right

Back to “Protected File”, the selected files are now here.

To un-protect:

At “Protected File”, click on the icon on top right:

Select the files to be “Un-Protected”, the files will move to “My iPhone.”

11. How to unzip?

OrganicDoc 2.0 works with both rar and zip files. It automatically unzips when

downloading mail attachments, and also unzips files uploaded from computers.

Unzipping mail attachment to OrganiDoc:

Open up the desired zip files, hold the tab for about 3 seconds, the option of “Open in

OrganiDoc” would appear:

Select an destination folder, and OrganiDoc starts unzipping files.

After unzipping, the original zipped files could be found at the same destination folder,

the unzipped files will be in a new folder of “my files”.

Uploading from computer to iTunes, unzipping with OrganiDoc:

Open iTunes, select Apps, scroll down, drag and drop zip files to “OrganiDoc

Documents”:

The files you select will be uploaded to your iPhone automatically

Go to “My iPhone”, you will see the compressed file has been transferred to

OrganiDoc .

Back to “My iPhone”, click on the zip files at “DOC.”

Select “Decompress File”, the unzipped files will be a new folder.
