developed and developing nations (Exporting).• US $23 billion in 2002 to $40 billion in 2006

and US$70 billion by 2012.• 31 million hectares certified, and 62 million

certified wild harvested areas.• 17 to 20 % per year vs conventional food 2 to

3 % per year.
