• Multi Cultural Event on the Hoe• EDL intend to march• UAF intend a counter march• Two further events in North Devon• Protestors will travel from out of Force

on the Hoe, together with organisers• Facilitate peaceful protest• Maintain public confidence in a proportionate,

intelligence led and effective policing response
