What happens to the ideas?
• Putting ideas into action Creating a new product or service by solving a problem
Establishing a new business, founding a new company
Creating new jobs
• Forgetting the idea The idea is lost, problem solving will be forgotten
No business formation, no new jobs
• Unsure about the idea, if it is really a good one Asking family, friends, colleagues and others But: Are those people the right people to ask about business ideas?

OPEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Design the business model Information exchange with potential customers, investors. experts, researchers, people interested in company formation Target: formation a company
OPEN INNOVATION
Involvement of internal and external sources of information, knowledge and opinions Exchange with present and potential customers. Cooperation partners, investors target: innovation in products, services or processes
Implementation of a business idea Innovations of existing companies
Are you skeptical?
We are aware that • The ideas are also visible for competitors
• Ideas can not be protected themselves
• The danger exists, that others may be successful with a published idea
• Nobody wants to publish ideas, which have the potential to be the next Facebook or Google (this is only a fraction of the ideas!)
However our opinion is that • On an Open Entrepreneurship platform people will get together who want
to make a difference – here they will seeking ways and promoting change
• On a suitable platform a founding team will be arranged faster
• Long decision-making processes and power play, like in existing companies, will not occur
• Copying an idea doesn‘t mean that it will be a successful product or service!
A copied idea, does not mean that the other one has success! ... Otherwise our pizza delivery service could not publish its ingredients!
