DESCRIPTION

This graphic handbook defined the messages and visual devices for Wikipedians to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Wikipedia. Conceived as an "open design system" the assets helped Wikipedians everywhere to "localize" and communicate their events. Hundreds of variations and treatments in dozens of languages were produced in the weeks prior to the January 15, 2011 festivities.
