• 1oz Rishi Omija Beauty Berry (Schisandra Berry) infused vodka• 1oz Campari• .75oz sweet vermouth• 3-4oz of Schisandra Berry Sparkling Botanicals by Rishi• Dehydrated Rishi Hibiscus orange wheels (for garnish)
D I R E C T I O N S :
Fill highball glass with ice to the top. Combine Omija infused vodka, Campari, sweet vermouth and stir for 20 seconds. Add 1-2 dehydrated hibiscus orange wheels. Top the glass with Schisandra Sparkling Botanicals and garnish with an additional hibiscus orange wheel.
Rishi’s Omija Beauty Berry infused vodka — in 1000ml simple brew add 30g of Rishi’s Omija Beauty Berry loose leaf tea and fill with vodka. Infuse ambient for 6 hours and strain.
Dehydrated Hibiscus Orange Wheels – Slice orange with mandolin and remove seeds. Combine with 5g of Rishi’s Hibiscus loose leaf tea and infuse in refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 200°F. Lay wheels flat on lightly oiled baking sheet, sprinkle with superfine sugar and bake 2.5-3 hours turning wheels every 30min.
