Old wiper motor had been tampered with to bypass the switch

Repaired but I still have to do some work on the switch.

New Bosch wiper motor installed

Wiper arm and wiper blade installed

Windshield washer nozzle installed

Both mirrors installed. Custom brackets to get them out far enough to see around the Van box, using fairly large mirrors from a pianale.

New floor mat from Ape Classic – originals too hard to find and are quite thin, this is a nice thick one with logo.

Shows the rubber bib I install under the brake pump to prevent leaking fluid running under the floor mat.

Cric (jack) and wrench in place

Spare tire in place, has to be removed again when the seat is installed.

Mod-U-Blast at the Bayfield Garage – a necessity

Cleaned and ready for painting

Hang them from wire to dry overnight after painting

Testing all the lights

Bolt the seat bracket to a newly recovered seat

Hockey tape stops the squeaks at mounting points

Use a rubber mallet to put bracket into it’s holder

Put the spare tire back in place and bolted down. The wrench kit will sit in the rim.
