RotorsThe rotors are the heart of every screwcompressor. The automatic multistage screwmanufacturing process, operated with latest CNCmachines and the use of top grade materials assurethe closest tolerances as well as greater reliability.A final grinding process, coupled with computeroperated multistep rotor control guarantees 100%accuracy of each rotor profile.
CasingModern CNC machining centers, constantlymonitored by means of continuous testing, technicalspecialization and continual modernization withthe most technically up-to-date machinery, isapplied in all machining work in order to guaranteethe obligations we assume towards the CertifiedQuality of our compressors.
PaintingAll TM.C. screw compressors have a modern,environmentally friendly, protective paint. Thesurface finish protects the castings effectivelyagainst corrosion even after many years ofoperation.
BearingsBecause of rotational speeds and bearing loadsTM.C screw compressors are equipped with topquality bearings that provide a high bearing capacityand assure long bearing life.
