OMB sent a new Budget Data Request to the agencies on July

6; the due date is August 14

Proposed rule on data collection is at OMB for review

Proposed rule on taxes is almost ready to go to OMB

Final rule, incorporating 38 changes from the Relocation Best

Practices Committee (RBPC) and the Governmentwide

Relocation Advisory Board (GRAB) is moving through GSA

clearance

OGP is developing bulletins and regulatory changes on the

commuted rate
