Quick Start for the ICOM F3S - VHF Transceiver
On these Arlington County radios, the opening messageupon “power-up” first displays the “unit number,” i.e.
“ARLCo24.” Within a few seconds the unit starts a programmed scan
sequence and the display will change to read “ARLCOVA.”
