XML Validation XML Validation

• What is validated:– The XML must be compatible with the current application

design so that values can be appropriately mapped.

• Possible reasons for an XML upload failure:– Sub-elements reside under incorrect parent element– Malformed XML– XML that references the schema in the CDRPrimaryForm

tag. Tools like XMLSpy may add this during schema validation.
