way the teacher uses teaching aids, including : CD player, white board, handouts, flashcards…etc

outstanding qualities of the teachers. • Eg: good class
management, polite manners, friendly and interesting approach to the lesson…etc

down the limits of the teacher• Eg : lack of topic
knowledge, punctuality… etc
• 9: Suggestions– Observer should indicate
the suggestions to improve the lessons
– Observer should have a discussion with the teacher after class.
• 10: Overall Rating– Indicate the overall
performance of the teacher
