VERY IMPORTANTPlease read prior to starting immunizations!!!
Prior to administration of vaccines, please discuss with a healthcare provider all vaccinations needed in order to begin clinical. The following items need to be taken into consideration when receiving vaccinations:
Live vaccines can be administered on the same day, if you were to have an MMR one day and then attempt to have the Varicella a day or two later the healthcare provider would not be allowed to administer the later vaccine. Student would need to then wait 45 days before the additional vaccines could be administered.
Although TB test can be placed on the same day as receiving live vaccines, TB test can not be placed a day or two after receiving a live vaccine. If this occurs student would need to wait 30 days before having the TB test placed and later read.
