Reason for winningReason for winningReason for winningReason for winning: With the processing method making full use of the advantages of servo press

motion, reduction of 11 steps of processes including a secondary process such as annealing has been

realized. Particularly, it was evaluated that we succeeded in raising the fluidity of the material by

moving the slide up and down several times during a stroke, and in securing the dimensional

accuracy by the motion that the slide passes bottom dead center multiple times.

By introducing this processing method, merits such as saving of material itself and extension of die

life have been achieved.
