Option 1Pros: lower one time cost, school preferenceCon: less impact on waiting list due to lower # plots, no capacity for educational space, no capacity for school plots

Option 2Pro: greater immediate impact on waiting list, economies/lower per plot cost, capacity for educational space, capacity for school plots (2)Con: school concern, larger amount of cash to fund raise immediately, more foot and car traffic in neighbourhood
