This piece of art is called Kitwancool and was done in 1928. I think Emily Carr used colour, form, space, and lines. I think Emily used oil paints for this painting. This painting looks like to me it is a native painting because of the totem poles. This painting makes me think of the northern lights in the background of the painting. Also, it reminds me of the forest.

This painting is called Totem Walk in Sitka and was painted in 1917. I think Emily used lines because of the lines on the trees and totem poles. For the media, I think she used watercolours. This painting also looks native because of the totem poles. I like this painting because it looks like a snowy scene from the ground.

I think this painting is about two little girls from along time ago, picking flowers for a bouquet. I love this painting because I think that the two little girls are so cute.
