In 2008 NEXUS was formed by the joining of Oceanus S.A., NG Solutions and Rabia
Enterprises (Pvt Ltd) to provide a consolidated Subsea engineering (shallow and
deepwater), floating systems and construction management services. We are backed up
by a full suite of unique in-house specialist software, our comprehensive subsea and
topside capabilities include expertise in Project Management, Project Engineering, pre-
FEED, FEED, Bid Evaluation, Project Execution, Vessel Selection, Pre-Commissioning,
Installation Workover Control Systems, Rig Surveys and Onshore/Offshore Testing
Support.
Flow Assurance is an integral part of FEED study, where steady-state and transient state
for single-phase or multi-phase flow plays a critical role. Well fluid conditions are a key
driver for selection of materials, production control system, system hardware selection
and topside process system design. Nexus is currently partnered with a number of Flow
Assurance providers to provide our clients the steady-state and transient analysis.

Patricia Water
Injection System Murphy
JP Kenny Malaysia was awarded the Patricia and Serendah
Pipeline and Subsea Pre-FEED study for a Water Injection
System. Based on Patricia Gas Production draw-down by
2013, Murphy wanted a feasibility study that would
introduce two Water Injection Wells that would allow for
increased production. Processed water is pumped from 13km
to the Water Injectors; whereas, the control system is located
1km away on the Patricia Platform. Nexus provided:
● The subsea control system (MCS, EPU, TUTA, Umbilical,
SUTA and Flying Leads) ranges from simple direct
hydraulics to complex MUX systems.
● Developed a conceptual study report that examined an
array of field architectures, using proven technologies.
● A Cost Analysis was provided as part of the study to
ensure that CAPEX and OPEX are optimized.

Unit Development Chevron
Agbami was West Africa (Nigeria) deepwater project. A total
of four (4) Test Hydraulic Power Units (THPU) were
designed, manufactured and tested in Houston Texas. The
HPU manufacturer experienced some challenges when DNV
discovered that some of the tubing "markings" were hard to
verify. Nexus conducted an onsite investigation and provided
its P.E.Stampings on a calculation package. This design
verification document would serve to ensure that tubing
pressure integrity was per the 1:4 burst ratio.
COMPLETED
