On April 30th  is the deadline for the presentation  of  Model  720  to  per‐sons  (including  companies)  resident in  Spain who  have  accounts,  securi‐ties, rights,  insurance, rents and pro‐perties  abroad.  Consult  to  your Lawyer or Tax Advisor. 

¿How is the Market? In Marbella, transactions  in 2012  increased by 12% compared to 2011.  It  is a fact clearly positive given the economic situation in Spain last year, having spent some very delicate and high uncertainty. Once passed, the data show that the market in Marbella  is stabilized.  In the  last 5 years there have been  just over 2,000 transac‐tions per year, as we can see in the graphic above which shows the evolution bet‐ween 2004 and 2012. The main  reason  is  the  adjustment of housing prices  that have been sold and the general growing interest to buy a home in this area. Keep in mind that even  less sold properties that naturally emerging each year  for sale. Still have to consume the large stock of homes for sale and for this we must over‐come the equilibrium point are 3,500 homes a year, when start selling more homes than coming to the market and after a few years it will be running out stock.  (Data from Marbella Market Report)
