New Reports Formats

New formats for 353 and 758 reportsAs well as new Billing file.

E-reports

Save these reports somewhere on your computer. Then open

Microsoft Excel.

Click on FILE

Click on OPEN

Go to the directory that contains the file.

Change the file type from .xls to .txt

Click the dropdown and pick .txt

Now you should see your file. Double click on the file name you want to open.

Text Import Wizard will appear. Change file type to DELIMITED.

Then click NEXT.

Uncheck TAB and then check SEMICOLON.

Then click FINISH

New File

PSBILL-HID###-09092012.CSV

Open in Excel, follow the steps shown on slides 4 through 9.

Now you should see your file. Double click on the .CSV file and it will go into

Excel.

This spread sheet is made in 5 sections.

• This report will be ran quarterly. So this will just be looking at those claims entered during those months.

• This first report is just July and August.• Private is the full charge, not what will be

paid.

Open A/R• This is all A/R that are still open. • These could go back 3-4 years.

Not Billed 90• These are claims that are over 90 days old and

have not been billed.

Open 90

• A/R that has been open for 90 days or more.
