The National Joint Powers Alliance® (NJPA) issues this Invitation for Bid (IFB) on behalf of, and to provide Indefinite Quantity Con-struction Contracting (IQCC) services to, all current and potential NJPA Members includ-ing all government agencies, education agen-cies to include colleges and universities, and non-profit agencies in the State of New Hamp-shire. Each contract has an initial term of one (1) year and bilateral option provision for three (3) additional terms. The Estimated An-nual Value per contract is $2,000,000.00. Invitation for BidGreater Merrimack Valley Region
Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract
The National Joint Powers Alliance® (NJPA) issues this Invitation for Bid (IFB) on behalf of, and to provideIndefinite Quantity Construction Contracting (IQCC) services to, all current and potential NJPA Members includingall government agencies, education agencies to include colleges and universities, and non-profit agencies in theState of New Hampshire. Each contract has an initial term of one (1) year and bilateral option provision for three(3) additional terms. The Estimated Annual Value per contract is $2,000,000.00
IQCC is a contracting procurement system that provides facility owner’s access to “on-call” contractors to provideimmediate construction, repair and renovation services over an extended period of time.
Intending bidders are required to attend a pre-bid seminar which shall be conducted for the purpose ofdiscussing the IQCC procurement system, the contract documents, and bid forms. Attendance at one ofthe seminars is a mandatory condition of bidding.
