The next two slides demonstrate how viable products emerge from unpromising concepts!

Dispense LIFE SAVERS from a ball point pen!

The ink cartridge is housed in the central void

With minor re-design, the dispenser could become a novel promotional gift

• Tablets feature a central void of narrow diameter penetrated by a solid thread

• These voids may be holes or recesses/slots

• The tube’s cross-section matches the tablet shape, eliminating air gaps

• A more controlled dispensing method assists elderly, ill and infirm users

• Faster acting: void in the tablet increases rate of absorption by the body

• Emphasises the dispenser’s recyclability

• Enables effective disposal

• Encourages collecting (and purchasing!)
