Acoording to my research having natural lake in our site is advantage.

Our site is lack of green,so we need to green the area , to improve the life

quality of the site.

My first consideration was to spread my buildings around the lake.The

reason was we have mountaion view but also cemetery and Ted college

view so Im thinking to block cemetery and Ted college view by green buffer

zone and by the diverting the buildings towards the square and the lake.

People who drives on the road can easily pervieve the building. Tried to

diffuse the bad traffic air by diverting buildings towards the clean air

atmosphere.

In our country we have two months winter and ten months good weather,

our people love to spend their time in open air, that’s why I design

seperate building but visually connected to each other.

There are inside shopping area also outside shopping area. Have the

activities (festivals,dance shows etc) in the open air square. Hot weather

also considered by using semi-open spaces and trees for the people to be

in shade area.

Functions are in some part seperate and in some part together according to

the needs of the users.

I have main axe which road comes near

to my enterance and than a drop-off

square,and than park their car. After

entering enterance you can choose

which part you want to go or you can go

directly to the main square and meet

with the lake. At the square I have a

bazzaar and amphi-theathre or you can

walk along near the lake and do some

sports. You can do shopping and than

go to food court and eat either inside

or outside in very good weather. Have

semi-open spaces for the hot or rainy

weathers.You can have luxury offices or

residences which has a view of beautiful

lake and Nicosia city.
