• 2014 - Negotiated settlement terms with EPA for alleged Clean Water Act violations (Consent Decree)
• 2015 - Budget amendment approved & Senate Bill 324
Resources and authority provided to NDOT to build the Stormwater Program

1. The Advisory Committee on Transportational Storm Water Management is hereby created.
Advisory Committee members
• Associated General Contractors of America;
• Conservation and Natural Resources;
• Department of Transportation;
• Division of Environmental Protection (Chair); and,
• One member who represents the public and who has expertise in a field
that is relevant to the storm water program.
