1. As a principal agent, please click on the “click here to login” hyperlink.

2. Please complete the form below; you will need your seven reference number.

4. Click on “Validate” tab as shown below

5. Please click on the “Register a new agency” hyperlink

6. Select the approved reserved agency name for the agency that you would like to register and enter the company registration number

9. Please click “Register Agency”

10. On the next screen, please click “Continue” on the estate agency firm that you need to register

11. Please update the contact details of the estate agency entity

12. Please update financial year-end, registration number with the Financial Intelligence Centre as an accountable institution, auditor’s details and the

trust account details.
