My Zurich PortfolioAccessing and viewing your Zurich Portfolio

Your Zurich Portfolio is easy to access and simple to view. You can see the accounts you hold, how your investments are performing and the transactions you’ve made.

Getting started

You can access your Zurich Portfolio at www.myfinancialportfolio.co.uk. Some adviser firms will include their firm name in the address, so the one you’ve been given could look like this; firm-name.myfinancialportfolio.co.uk

We will send you a user name and initial password in the post and for security reasons, on separate days.

When you log in for the first time you will be asked to:

• Change your password from the one we have sent you (this must be different to your username).

• Choose a memorable word. You will be asked for three random letters from your memorable word each time you log in.

• Choose and provide answers to three security questions that we will use in the future to verify your identity, if you forget your password.

• Confirm you have read the Terms of Use.

The minimum internet browser versions to view the Zurich Portfolio are Internet Explorer 10 and above, Microsoft Edge on Windows 10, Firefox 40 and above, Chrome 40 and above, Safari on iPad from IOS 8 and above.

What you can viewOnce you’ve logged on to your Zurich Portfolio you’ll be automatically directed to your Home page. This provides a summary of information and allows you to delve more deeply into your investments.

Your Home page shows 4 main areas:

My portfolio – Shows the current value of your portfolio

My accounts – Displays the value of your active accounts

My payments – Shows your most recent transactions

My documents – Displays the most recent documents relating to your portfolio

Access to further information on your:

Portfolio performance

• Shows the performance of your portfolio before and after charges

• A breakdown of all of the activity on your portfolio

Account details

• A breakdown of where your money is invested within each account

• A breakdown of the value of your portfolio

Payments and transfers

• A complete list of Payments in and out of each of your accounts

• A complete list of Transfers in and out of each of your accounts

Documents

• A complete list of documents related to your portfolio
