My recipe Croquettes

Ingredients
chicken breast
Egg
Onion
White wine to cook
Olive oil
parsley
flour
breadcrumbs
Milk
Proceeder
First off all we have to cut the chicken brands in little pieces, we have to do this
too to parcel and onion
Now we have to put the things that we cut in a pan with a little bit of oil
When the chicken begin to toast we add to the pan a bit of with wine
And after that we have to add one cup of flour, then three cups off milk, salt, pepper
and mix
When we get a homogeneous dough we put it in a plate and we saved in the fridge
one hour.
After one hour in the fridge we can start doing the form
Now we have to start putting the croquettes in the beaten egg, and after
this put it in the breadcrumbs
When you finish you have to fry the croquettes in the boiled oil
