Session Dynamics

• Four-Papers per session– 20 min. per paper presentation– 2.5 min discussion/questions

• Speakers should:– Contact their session chair

• (see program “at a Glance”)

• All sessions are synchronized

• 3 poster sessions: about 35 posters per daily session• Posters will be displayed in Atlas Peak and Castle Peak• Time 9AM-5:00PM: Visit during all breaks

• Best Poster Award (crowd sourcing)– 5 $20 bills (fake money)– Each poster will be assigned a “tip-jar” – The five posters with the most “tips” will be considered for the best

poster award – Poster committee decides the best poster – Award presented during the closing ceremony (17:30)
