Beginning SummaryI do not want to be a spoiler so I will only tell the beginning. Goldie Ruth is a girl living with her parents. When her separation ceremony is canceled she decides to run away. The city becomes very dangerous when she finds a museum full of secrets. Toadspit and she go on an adventure bigger than you can imagine!

All about the bookThis book would fit under the category of mysterious and interesting. It has lots of facts about back then and pulls you in. In the beginning I could definitely put this book down! But around the middle things started to gain to better levels of interestingness. I would say that this is a level S book. It was not hard or easy!!

My opinion

This is a battle book. It was my fourth one to be precise. Unfortunately this book did not start off with a grabber which misled me a little. I got tired but it catches your attention right after the middle. It’s very mysterious! In short, it started off with a wrong turn and ended with a good story line. I would rate this book 3.5 stars. It was not the best or worst book I ‘ve ever read.

Nowadays she lives by the beach in Southern Tasmania with a small tabby cat and lots of friendly neighborhood dogs. The BattleAs I told you this is a battle book and a good one too. I encourage you to do the battle, as it is a pleasure to do. I myself love to read and love the battle. I hope that I’ll inspire you to the read this book even if you’re not in the battle. For you non-readers you do get to miss a half-day of school for the battle. Just thought I’d mention that!!
