StudentEvaluationofPreceptorsStudentswillhavetheopportunitytoevaluateeachpreceptorusingthefollowinginstrument.Theevaluationinstrumentiscomprisedof11questionsandanopenareaforadditionalcommentsandsuggestionsforimprovement.Asampleisonthenextslide.

StudentEvaluationofClinicalRotationSiteStudentswillevaluateeachrotationsiteusingthefollowinginstrument.Asampleisbelow.
