Passengers with Reduced Mobility

• Max 4 special assistance passengers per flight.

• Assistance provided free of charge.

• Passengers must pre-book assistance at the time of reservation or can be requested on day of departure subject to availability.

• Mobility and medical equipment is carried free of charge.

in the cabin on the following routes:• All Intra EU/EEA flights• All Domestic flights

• Assistance dogs are not accepted on flights to/from Morocco.

• All dogs must be properly documented to travel.

• Assistance should be pre booked via Ryanair.com or by calling the Special Assistance line.

Assistance Dogs

A personal assistant is required to accompany a disabled person when it is evident that the

person is not self-reliant and this could pose a risk to safety.

The attendant must be an able bodied adult and pay the fare applicable at time of making

reservation.

• Portable Oxygen Concentrator• Portable Dialysis Machine• CPAP machines etc…

• Passenger needs to contact the Ryanair special assistance line to request Fit to Fly letter and/or Baggage Waiver letter as required.

• Can only be requested by calling Special assistance line up to 7 days before departure.

• Max 1 reservation per flight.

• €100/£100 per booking – non refundable.

• Medical clearance form signed by doctor and validated by Ryanair required to travel.
