• On the right side of your HQ youwill see an option that says“personalize your page”

• From here you can edit themessage on your page, yourphoto, your cover photo, yourURL, your goal, and your facebookID

• At the bottom you will also seea box with three icons (A ,Camera and Video) If you hitthe camera you will be ableupload pictures. You can selectthe A icon to create a post andthe video icon to upload avideo. This feature is similar toyour Facebook newsfeed andwill scroll once you add items.

My Fundraising Report: see how much you have raised towards your goal and enter offline donationsMy Team Fundraisers: your team members & how much they have raisedPromote Via Email: can enter in an email address or take one from your contact book; can type your personal message or use a templatePromote Via Social Media: you can use a preset message or customize it and share it to Facebook, Twitter, or Linked InSocial Autopost: can set automatic updates on Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn when certain activities happen (ex: received new donation)Contact Book: can import contacts or go to Actions add contactEnter Offline Donation: enter donation you are mailing in or bringing to the race so that it appears on your page

Want to donate directly to a team or individual? • Go to the fundraising page of the team or individual and click the orange

“Donate” button in the top right corner• To find their page, go to the race city page and either search them in the search

bar or look under “Top Fundraisers” or “Top Teams” lists

Living Proof Photo: In the spirit of our mission to promote awareness and to find a cure, we will be inviting all of our myeloma survivors and patients for a "LIVING PROOF" photo on the stage right before the Pre-Race Ceremony

What to Expect on Race Day

Tot Trot Race: this is a kids race for all children under 5. The tot trot costs $5 and the kids will receive a tot trot t-shirt. This begins after the pre-race ceremony in front of the stage

Race Start: Timed runners are to line up first. Then walkers, strollers, scooters, dogs, and everyone else should like up behind the runners.

Post-Event Awards Program: this begins 1 hour and 15 minutes after the race start and includes awards for • Top fundraising team• Top fundraising individual• Biggest team• Fastest female runner• Fastest male runner

Be the Match: On race day we have invited Be the Match to the event to run a bone marrow drive. We will be collecting cheek swabs from people willing to be part of the National Bone Marrow Registry. Most people are unaware that with a simple a cheek swab you might be able to save a life. If you are eventually called to be a donor, it typically includes a donation of stem cells via a one day blood donation procedure. Stop by the “Be the Match”tent for more information!

Team Tent Guidelines

• Our teams who commit to raising $10,000 or more will be offered arace day “perk” – a team tent!

• The deadline to be eligible for a team tent will be 2 weeks prior torace day

Top Fundraisers Race Day Breakfast

As a thank you for your hard work and generosity we would like to honor fundraising teams and individuals with a complimentary breakfast which will take place on race day. You will be given a wrist band on race day for entry. Patients will receive complimentary breakfast wristband in their patient packs.

*The fundraising goal that admits an entire team isdifferent for every race city. It will be in the weekly emails.$500 fundraising goal for an INDIVIDUAL – Admits only this individual$25/person day of purchase –Individual entry into breakfast$5/Child day of purchase—17 and under
