The Zehnder high performance air management system provides contin-
uous fresh air to all rooms of the house. At the same time, it continuously ex-
hausts stale, humid air from the kitchens and bathrooms, reducing damp-
ness, mold and mildew. Continuous fresh air supports better sleep and
has been shown to improve learning and alertness in school age children.
So quiet you don’t notice it is operating, the Swiss engineered Zehnder sys-
tem eliminates drafts and hot or cold spots in rooms and operates on less en-
ergy than a 40 watt light bulb. Its heat exchanger transfers 90% of the en-
ergy from outgoing air to fresh, incoming air, reducing the load on HVAC
systems. The system also filters incoming air, eliminating pollen and dust.
