Capable of storing, handling and blending middle distillates and light ends (diesel, jet A1, gasoline and naphtha), residual fuels (high and low sulphur fuel oils) and crude oils.

Segregated system per product type but no segregated system per client. The shared terminal infrastructure will be operated on a “first come, first served” principle.

MAJOR ENERGY PROJECTS: Bioko Oil Terminal

PROJECT PROGRESS AND INVESTMENT

The terminal will be used for loading, discharging, heating, blending, mixing and internal transfers. It is anticipated that there will be 3 separate tank pits:

Surface area approx.70 ha on plot of around 210 ha.

Gasoline and Naphtha compounds with 10 storage tanks Gasoil and Jet A1 with 13 storage tanks Fuel oil with 8 storage tanks

Tank capacity to range from 10,000 to 40,000 cubic meters

10 jetty lines4 berths with 4 marine loading arms.Another 2 berths in Phase 22 road loading bays

MINERALSRegional trends and recent surveys indicate excellent prospects.

Exploration: Alluvial deposits of rivers in 3 main areas – Niefang, Aconibe and Mongodo

Production: Approximately 2,166 kg of gold was producted in the 1970s, achieved by partial mechanization and artisinal mining activities

Resource base: Alluvial gold deposit is relatively thick. Estimated bedrock has an area of at least 350 square km
