Let's learn Mini Panel :

Let's create 2 articles. One with the Inspire tag and another one with the Test Tag

Go to Structure -> Mini panel. And click on Add

Give an Administrative Tile and click on Continue

On the next page, select Required Context as Node and click on Add required context

On the next page, keep the Identifier and Keywords as Node. Click on Finish

You'll see new Node Required Context over the Add Required Context tab. Hit Continue and go

Select layout as you want and click continue

Now in the next window, you'll find an editor to add content. It's similar to Panels. Click on Add

Select the content you want to add. Let's add New Custom Content for now. Click on New Custom

Content

Give Administrative title and Body for Inspire tag. Click on Finish.

Give Administrative title and Body for Test tag. Click on Finish

You'll see both the Custom Contents in the editor. Click on Finish

Let's add this Mini Panel at the Sidebar. Go to Structure -> Block. Find Mini panel: "Dynamic

Display" and select its region as Sidebar First. Then click on Save Blocks at the bottom of the

page

Click on Configure link besides Mini panel: "Dynamic Display"

Select Content Type as Article and click on Save block

You'll notice the Mini Panel block on the sidebar on opening any Article

Now go again to Structure -> Mini Panels. You'll find the Mini Panel you just added. Click Edit

On the next window, click on Content at the Top-Right side of the page

On the next window, you'll find the editor with both the Custom Contents added. Click on the Gear

icon at the right of one of the Content and click on Add New Rule

Now select Node articles : tags field and click on Next

Now we're adding Visibility Rule for the node with Inspire tag, So type inspire in the tags. And click

on Save

Do the same thing for the node with the Test tag

Click Save for the next window

Now select the Article with Inspire tag. You'll find "Do you like Inspirational Posts?" on the

sidebar

Now select the Article with Test tag, You'll find "Do you like the posts with the test tag?" on the

sidebar
