Studio->SharpSpring CRM Using Zapier

Trigger

Step 1: Select Webhook

Step 2: Catch hook

Step 3: Copy custom webhook URL and paste in Studio->Cloud connect

Step 4: Set up Cloud connect element like below

Leave all other fields blank

Step 5(optional): Provide the fields to post to Zoho

The number of fields varies based on the requirement. In this workflow

we considered five fields firstname, lastname, email, company and title.

Step 6: Test the set up

Make sure you added a schedule (considering this work flow)

Step 7: Select SharpSpring CRM

Step 8: Select create/update Lead

The User can trigger contacts to SharpSpring, when a new lead is added to Studio.

Step 9: Connect to your SharpSpring account by providing Account ID

and secret key.

Step 10: Map the SharpSpring fields->triggered studio fields

Step 11: Test the set up

Step 12: Check in SharpSpring for recent lead added

Note: Studio->SharpSpring

To make sure contact created or updated successfully, cloud connect element in studio can be

used to handle the response.

The same steps can be followed for other integration such as

Studio ->Salesforce

Studio ->Google Sheets etc.
