Direct reporting to production/works manager. Check out the raw material from stores, machine shop for machine. ERP system control. Make job card and issued material for fabrication & machining. Look out total fabrication & assembly procedure. Follows the ERP system: order acknowledgement, bill of material, work order

follow up, operation move transaction, inventory control, part code etc. Make packing list for dispatch & check out of m/c quality.

Make B.O.M.as per drawing & Indent raw material and bought out item in ERP. E-mail to Third party for inspection of raw material. Check-out raw material and release cutting size to CNC cutting m/c. Make Daily planning sheet as per process and delivery date of m/c. Material send for bending, dishening and machining as well as in rate &

delivery time and quality. Look out of all fabrication procedure. E-mail to Third party for Rediography, Orientation, D.P. & Hydro test, PUF

insulation and F.A.T. and submit inspection document. Daily follow up and update Daily planning sheet. Responsible for all dispatch from workshop with Documents and Quality.
