MEET THE TEAM Danni Addison Chief Executive Officer

Danni is the principal advocate for the organisation on all matters within the state of Victoria, and is responsible for administering the affairs of the Institute in Victoria under policies set by the Board.

MEMBER SERVICES & CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS Angela Gaedke Commercial Director Angela is responsible for creating industry partnerships and implementing new business initiatives. She plays a crucial role in shaping overall strategic direction and growth of the organisation.

POLICY

John Casey Policy and Advocacy Director John is responsible for the management and coordination of the Institute’s policy, advocacy and research activities. He plays a critical role in ensuring the Institute provides an active voice for the urban development industry, developing and shaping public policy and debate. In his role, John oversees the operations of the Institute’s policy related committees.

EVENTS

Georgia Turner Event Manager Georgia manages the Institute's events team and delivers the annual calendar of events and Awards for Excellence Program.

Jessica Gersun Event Coordinator Jessica assists in the delivery of the Institute's annual calendar of events and Awards for Excellence Program.

Rebecca Elliston Receptionist & Administration Coordinator

Rebecca is responsible for the administrative functions of the Institute and supports the events team.

SUSTAINABILITY

Ricki Hersburgh Manager Sustainability

Ricki manages the Institute’s Sustainable Development Committee, extending to EnviroDevelopment - the Institute's certification program which seeks to drive sustainability in development.
