Topics + deliverables from our Innovation Audit:1. Meeting at your premises to discuss and plan the full audit2. Personality type testing of all participants + reporting on group dynamics/team3. Creativity testing with 2 separate tests (drawing & text) + reporting/team4. On-line Innovation Climate Questionnaire + reporting/team5. Face-to-face interviews with a representative amount of participants + reporting/team6. A presentation at your premises to present & discuss the findings

Our audit package fees*:

MICRO audit : Up to 20 persons, 1 or 2 teams : € 4900,-

MESO audit : 21 – 50 persons, 3 - 5 teams : € 9900,-

MACRO audit : 51 – 100 persons, 6 - 9 teams : € 16900,-

TRACKING audit : Recurring (bi-)annual audit : 75% of the initial fee

*Please note that the mentioned fees are excluding VAT (24%) and possible expenses!
