Register Your Club

Online Ordering Form – Six Titles

• Six titles• One alternate• Voting ballot• Books will come two at a time• Alert to changes in your club membership• Email Lisa Perez to select book not on list• Stretch students’ choices

Student Advisory Council

• Register students at any time

• Webinar meetings to allow greater participation

• Other club members invited

• Webinar – Wed, Dec 8th from 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm

Gift Items

• T-shirts• Club posters• Meeting posters• Other items

Club Format

• Monthly meetings – seven or more per year• Before or after school - 1 ½ hours each• Facilitated discussion

Spring Conference

• Date & location TBA

• We anticipate a similar format of workshops and guest speakers

Payment Procedures• Faxed payment request form at wiki• Request pay immediately after each meeting• 16+ members = two facilitators• Request payment approximately once per month.• Request up to seven meeting during the year• Anticipated Full Pay Possible:

– 7 mtgs @ 1.5 hrs each = 10.5 hrs– Spring Conference = 6 hrs– TOTAL = 16.5

Host a Book Discussion

• Email Lisa Perez if you would like to host a book discussion on a particular book via webinar format.

• Other schools will be notified of opportunity.

• Contact host facilitator directly to join about that discussion.

• Schedule with Lisa Perez.
