To Access an iCal calendar from school or home:

To Edit Calendar:

Important: Password Protect your calendar so that you are the only person who is able to edit your calendar. Enter your

LISD username and password for:

Calendar Entry – Click a date on the calendar to add viewable information.

You may want to color-code categories of

information on a date

Event CategoriesRemove Checks

here as appropriate

Create your own category here.Enter a title, colors, etc.

Click Submit Changes. You may add more than one new category.

Go back to Calendar Administration Options.

Click Event Categories.

Finding other LISD Calendars

To locate other LISD online calendars click the Select button in

your calendar’s footer. See sample to the left.

Scroll through the list of calendars. If you click on the name of a Group you will see a list of calendars for

that group.

Clicking the JMS group brings up a list of

calendars for teachers at Judson MS.

Clicking bchaffinla will bring up a calendar for

Barbara Chaffin.
