1. Penggunakan features dasar pemodelan 3 dimensi (extruded boss ,
extruded cut , circular pattern , dan hole ) CASE (HOUSING VALVE)
Langkah Pemodelan :
• Sket (seperti gb.dibawah) dan extruded boss 56 mm
• Sket (seperti gb.dibawah) dan extruded boss 8 mm
• Circular pattern (3 instances , 1200)
• Sket (seperti gb.dibawah) dan extruded boss (offset 40.5 , up To surface)
• Hole > type counterbored (dia = 14, depth = 71, C-Bore dia = 25, C-Bore
depth = 5)
• Sket (seperti gb.dibawah) dan extruded cut 8 mm
• Circular pattern (3 instances , 1200)
2. Aplikasi pemodelan 3 dimensi untuk komponen assembling CASE ( WHEEL ASSEMBLY)
a) TOP PLATE Langkah Pemodelan :
• Sket (seperti gb.dibawah) dan extruded boss 16 mm
• Sket (seperti gb.dibawah) dan extruded cut
• Hole > simple > diameter = 11 mm, depth = 16 mm • Linear pattern > arah x (2 inst spacing =112), arah y (2 ins, spacing = 58)
b) AXLE SUPPORT Langkah Pemodelan :
• Sket (seperti gb.dibawah) dan extruded boss 10 mm
• Sket (seperti gb.dibawah) dan extruded boss 10 mm
• Sket (seperti gb.dibawah) dan extruded boss 2 mm • Hole > simple > diameter = 18 mm, depth = 12
• Sket (seperti gb.dibawah) dan rib = 9 mm (both side)
• Fillet radius = 12 mm, fillet radius = 3 mm
• Hole > simple > diameter = 11 mm • Mirror
c) WHEEL
Langkah Pemodelan :
• Sket (seperti gb.dibawah) dan revolve 3600
d) AXLE Langkah Pemodelan :
• Sket (seperti gb.dibawah) dan revolve 3600, chamfer 2x 450

• Insert component > browse > TOP PLATE
• Insert component > browse > AXLE SUPPORT 1 • Mate > concentric (lubang axle support 1 dan lubang top plate) • Mate > coincident (permukaan atas axle support 1 dan permukaan bawah
top plate)
• Insert component > browse > AXLE SUPPORT 2 • Mate > concentric (lubang axle support 2 dan lubang top plate) • Mate > coincident (perm atas axle support 2 dan perm bawah top plate)
• Insert component > browse > AXLE • Mate > concentric (lubang axle dan lubang axle support 1) • Mate > coincident (RP axle dan RP utama)
• Insert component > browse > WHEEL • Mate > concentric (lubang Wheel dan lubang axle support 1) • Mate > coincident (RP wheel dan RP axle)
