Sell More Groups!- Look at published vs. private tours - Exclusive departures vs. customized departures- Where can you market your groups? Church bulletins,

community newsletters, Carribean Night or China Night? Use co op marketing dollars, maintain your database and market to them……

- Understand how your clients travel- Do surveys- Ask questions

Offer Compelling itineraries based on their commonalities

Start with your hobbies to find group leads then think outside the box!- Running Groups, church groups, garden clubs, biking groups,

birding enthusiasts, epicuraens, yogis and yoginis, senior clubs, - Ex. Gay family travel- Business travel group

Then market to them where they live! Join facebook groups and create posts or events. Create a group if one does not exist! Don’t hard sell but offer value.

Newsletters! Community newsletters, church bulletins, small local papers that are full of local news – gossipy papers

Distribute flyers in common gathering spots

Join Local Networking Groups and Refer to other Members!- Chambers of Commerce- Parks and Rec departments- Lineage societies- BNI groups- Specific networking groups like womens groups- Public service organizations – Kiwanis, Rotary Club

- Be their industry expert! Don’t hard sell them, show your value and build relationships

- People buy from people they trust – build trust first- Offer to give presentations as a public service- Don’t just go to bridal shows. Think about community fairs,

craft fairs or wine shows. Go where your target customers are but not all your competition is!
