Iwi is the Maori name for main tribe.

My main tribe is Tainui.

Kura (school)

Kura is the Maori name for school.

My Kura is Melville Intermediate.

Ko Te Kura[ ............................. is my Kura]

Kiako (teacher)

Kiako is the Maori name for teacher.

My teacher is Mr. Webb

Tumuaki is the Maori name for principal. My principal is Mr. Cooke.
