Studentsin our MGT Human Resource program will graduate well prepared for entry-level jobs within multiple HR functional areas.

Our program focuses on preparing our students to take a strategic focus on HR selection, recruitment, compensation, labor relations, human relations, leadership, organizational design and behavior.

Our program will be well positioned to take on responsible HR positions in the workplace as many obtain valuable internships while still students.
