How do I make it? Signing up to the commitment is a very easy process. It involves two steps: 1.firstyouregisterandagreetosevenstatementsaroundimprovingyouasanem-ployerandthequalityofyourpersonalassistant(s) 2.then you select tasks to show how you are going to put those statements into practice.

Why should I sign-up? Signinguptothecommitmentallowsyoutoberecognisedasanemployerandshowsthatyouarecommittedtodevelopingyourselfandyourpersonalassistants.

Onceyouhavemadethecommitmentyouwillbeabletousemanyresourcesthatwillhelpyouachievethetasksyouhaveselected.

TheseincluderesourcessuchastheEmployingpersonalassistantstoolkitandlinkstofundingthatyoumaybeabletoclaimtoprovidetrainingforyouand/oryourpersonalassistant.

Itisforeveryoneworkinginthesectorincludingorganisations,individualemployersandpersonal assistants.

Bysigningup,youarepromisingtogiveyourstafftherequiredsupportandyourpersonalassistantsarepromisingtoputcarevaluesintopracticeintheirdailywork.
