DESCRIPTION

Traditional ERPs offer incentives. While these are important, they do not create an intrinsic motivation to take part, so the offer of a cash incentive becomes less attractive over time. What was needed was a way to make the very process of referring a candidate more inherently rewarding. How should Maximum encourage intrinsic motivation to refer suitable candidates for a company?
