1. Hearings will take place at LCCHS; WHS (Jr); JRHS2. Hearings are scheduled for Nov 17-18-19, 20093. We will ensure a good cross-section of opinions are
heard at each hearing4. Each presentation will last 15-20 minutes, depending
on # to be heard5. Do not read your brief in its entirety6. Highlight what Council should hear – Add new facts7. First 5 minutes for presenter8. Balance of time for Commissioners to ask questions,
get clarifications – NOT A DEBATE
