Mahindra Public School is run by Mahindra S. Bhaleria (Memoriable Charitable Society) founded in 1999. The School has striven to provide excellent English medium education to the students from the adjoining

rural families. The School was affiliated to the CBSE, New Delhi in 2004 and has

recently been upgraded to the Senior Secondary level offering all streams, i.e. Non-Medical, Medical, Commerce and humanities (Arts)

The School offers a diversity of Academic facilities. The Program of Studies is in accordance with the syllabus laid down by the CBSE as

recommended by the medium of instruction by NCERT). While the medium of instruction is English as the School lays special emphasis on teaching

Punjabi & Hindi additional languages. The School ensures that all its students are academically well nourished and they are also well groomed

socially. Due stress has also been laid on co-curriculal activities so that students may become gratifying children to their parents, well balanced

ADMISSION

IN MAHINDRA PUBLIC SCHOOL

Rules & Regulation For Admission in XI

1.Fill up a registration form - available from the School Office

2.Return this form duly filled, to the Admissions Department on or before the due date along

with attested photocopy of X class mark sheet of the Board Examination.

In case a candidate does not receive his X class mark sheet from the Board due to any reason, he/she may submit a provisional mark sheet obtained from his/her school along with the form. Those who will fail to submit the registration form completed along with the Board marks by the due date will not be considered for admission. Based upon the marks obtained in class X Board Examination, a list of finally selected candidates will be brought out for the admission to class XI.

Documents Required for Admission

1. Attested photocopy of the mark sheet from the Board/School.

2. Attested photocopy of passing & migration certificates from Board in for students admitted

from other boards.

3. Two Passport size photographs of the student.

4. Attested photocopy of the Certificate of School-Based Evaluation in respect of students

admitted in class XI coming from schools affiliated to CBSE.

5. School Leaving Certificate, duly signed by the concerned District Education Officer or the

Embassy of India, in case of students seeking admission from countries other than India.

6. Conduct and Character Certificate from the school last attended

Selected candidates may complete all the admission formalities and deposit the fee at the school within 7 days given time failing which, he/she will have no claim for the admission later on. In case some of the

selected candidates do not take admission, a second list will be brought out.

Fees Structure

For XI (10+1) All Streams 8000/- Single installment (inclusive of all charges)

For XI (10+2) All Streams 9500/+ Single installment Board exam fee as applicable to be paid seperately.

Rules & Regulation For Admission in Nursery to IX

1. The Management reserves to itself the right of admission.

2. A child who has attained the age of 3 years is eligible for admission to the L.K.G. class, however

children with the age of 2/2 years may be admitted to nursery. Admission will be given strictly on merit basis after screening/ interview /test for L.K.G. & above and

payments of the prescribed fees made their after.

3. A child who has previously studied in any other recognized school will have to submit a transfer

certificate (SLC) and a report card from the last school attended. A part from this Municipal Birth Certificate

has to be submitted for the proof of date of birth.

4. The School is open to boys & girls irrespective of cast or creed, provided the child fulfils the

requirements set by the school and the parents of the child undertake to comply with all rules & regulations

of the school.

5. The entrance test (if applicable) will be based on the syllabus of the class below that to which the child seeks admission, however the decision

of the principal would be final.

6. Admission fee, annual charges and there months tuition fee has to be deposited at the

time of admission
