Student records (FERPA directory information and ~15 exceptions)

Personnel File (name, age, compensation, title and office, date of employment, date of most recent salary change, date of most recent action, date employment began, and employment contract)

University records in Archives are public records of enduring historical, legal, administrative, or fiscal value--open and available to the public.

State publications

4,169 items published by the university or its departments. Publications include university catalogs and bulletins, student newspapers, yearbooks, alumni magazines, newsletters, and more.

Publications in Archives cannot be checked out.

Special handling and care (acid-free boxes, risers instead of labels)

Donate 2 hard copies of UNCW publications or 1 copy of paid publications to University Archives, Randall Library, Box 5616.
