About the Instructor: Mark Wichman holds a Chief A

Engineers License and has operated numerous boiler types

in his career. Previously for VERSO Paper power plant and

currently for XCEL ENERGY SHERCO in Becker. Mark has

provided training for SCTCC for over 4 years.

Class is held at SCTCC: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES / TRAINING CENTER BUILDING

These classes are designed for those who want to acquire a Special, 2nd Class, 1st Class and Chief High or Low Pressure Engineers License

Designed for:

Entry level or experienced operators

Operators who need to upgrade their license

Managers needing working knowledge of Sta-tionary Boiler Operations, Maintenance and MN State Statutes

City Facilities, Property Managers

Health care facilities

School districts / Maintenance Departments

Manufacturing and Industrial plant managers and Maintenance Department employees

Includes one or more site visits of various boiler systems.

Upon completion of this class, you will have the knowledge to take a Minnesota Pressure Boiler Operator exam.

WIOA Certified—Contact your local Workforce Center for information on eligibility for Federal funds.
